Our Story
Two Decades,
One Standard
CMBM was founded in 2005 by Mark Hohn and Damien Cann, growing from a single hospitality cleaning operation into a full-service commercial cleaning, maintenance, building, and managed services provider. Over 20 years, that growth has been built region by region, from Brisbane and the Gold Coast up through Toowoomba, the Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville, and Cairns, without ever losing the standard the business was built on.

Mark Hohn
Managing Director. Co-founded CMBM in 2005 and leads the company's overall strategy and operations.
Damien Cann
Director. Co-founded CMBM in 2005 alongside Mark Hohn.
Brian Torpy
Chief Operating Officer. Oversees day-to-day operational performance across the business.
Emma Doyle
General Manager, Cleaning Services. Leads CMBM's cleaning services division.
Jon Gatland
Director, Building Services. Leads CMBM's building services division.

Finance Manager. Manages financial operations across the business.
